After meeting with NALA and the SNHD I have
come up with a list of what we hope to get done under this project. I have
broken it done into 3 phase. These are all drafts pending the committee
review. Phase 1 (scope ltr) is what we need to get done now to get the
playground open. Phase 2 (scope ltr) is what is required for the new
playground to meet 2008 standards. And Phase 3 (scope ltr) is general work
that needs to be done. Please review these so we can finalize our project
scope at the next meeting.
Also attached is a draft of a cost
estimate sheet. I will try to have this completed by the next meeting. If
you have any contacts that I can call to get some firm costs on items I
would appreciate their names and numbers.
Finally attached is a Work day list. As
we discussed most of the work for Phase 1 can be done in a day with the
right volunteers. I have started a list of the types of workers we need.
Again any companies that you know that would able to help us would be
appreciated.
